Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy
for Adults and Couples
A reflective space to explore the experiences and patterns shaping your inner world, helping you develop deeper understanding, emotional clarity, and a stronger sense of direction in your life.
Welcome.
Life’s inner landscape can feel complex and uncertain at times.
Rather than quick solutions, depth-oriented psychotherapy invites a thoughtful exploration of the patterns shaping your world, creating space for deeper understanding, clarity, and a way forward.
Exploring the Unconscious
I take a psychodynamic, depth-oriented approach that explores how past experiences and relational patterns continue to influence your present life. Together, we pay attention to both what is spoken and what may be harder to articulate, allowing unconscious dynamics to emerge. Alongside practical support, our work focuses on developing deeper understanding and emotional awareness to support more authentic and lasting change, while considering the cultural, familial, and broader contexts that shape your experience. I am especially interested in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who identify as BIPOC or from marginalized communities.
